Make Your Own Comics

Does your child love to take pictures? Summer is the perfect time to hand them the digital camera and let them take as many pics as they want – even if you get 200 photos of the dog in the backyard. What to do with them? Challenge them to make a comic! My daughter used Comic Life (on a Mac) but if you’re looking for a free online program, I’ve heard good things about Pixton. If there is a ‘photo credit’ listed underneath the panel, it means that my daughter found a creative commons photo to supplement the photos she had.  It was a fun project
