Since today is World Pasta Day, I just have to share a new favorite pasta dish that I just made and love. I would’ve taken my own picture, but it’s gone… I just wanted it in my tummy more than I did wanting to pause and get a photograph. Sorry.
Granted, I made it with gluten-free noodles, but I’m positive it will be just as good with wheat noodles.
